Ordered my python Thursday November 6 after close of day so obviously order didn’t get processed and sent till next business day. I received my order seven days later it shipped from California. I am in New York so pretty decent travel speed. As soon as I open the box, put the wax in and started using it. I absolutely adore this vape pen! It is so incredibly easy to use, and the fact that that the dab tool sticks right into the pen itself is genius! The whole design of the pen is great! No more gooey, gunky mess, the unit is totally enclosed, and the coil is incredibly easy to change. Fits right in your hand about the size of a zippo, but a little wide. It fits perfect in my very old smokezilla pouch. As soon as I have a few extra bucks, I am ordering a back up or two of these. Incredibly happy I made this choice as my first Lookah purchase..

Worth the Wait—Adorable & Fun! This glass bubbler is adorable! After two arrived broken in shipping (bad luck, not Lookah's fault), I tried one more time—and I'm so glad I did. The whimsical design and funny gurgling sounds are delightful, and it's beautifully crafted. What really impressed me was Lookah's customer service—responsive, caring, and committed to making things right. I also bought one of their larger glass pieces, which shipped perfectly.
