We will ship any orders costing $50+ for free within the lower 48 US States (plus the District of Columbia) or Canada.

Where Do You Ship To?

Orders placed on our website can be sent to the lower 48 US States (plus the District of Columbia).  

Orders placed on our site can be sent to Canada. To ship to Canada, please select Canada under the country on the checkout page and fill in the full address and province information.

Orders sent to a Canadian address are sent from our Canadian warehouse. Please note that we do not currently stock glass bongs and dab rigs in the Canadian warehouse.  

We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

General Shipping Information

To ensure your order is processed and delivered and you receive your order within the advised timelines on our webpage, please make sure you include the full and correct delivery address. Use the correct zip code, abbreviations, street numbers, building names, and apartment numbers where applicable.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Please allow 1 business day for the processing of orders. Store and wholesale orders may take longer to process, and where this is the case, we will email you to advise.

US Shipping: Shipping within the lower 48 US States (plus the District of Columbia) takes approximately 5-7 business days from when the order is processed. 

Over 95% of orders are delivered within this period.

Canada Shipping: Shipping to most provinces and territories takes approximately 5-7 business days from when the order is processed. Shipping to Newfoundland and Labrador or Nunavut is approximately 8-10 business days from when the order is processed.

Note:- On rare occasions, if there are holidays, if there is extreme weather or other natural events, or if the address is in a remote location, it may take a little longer for your package to arrive.

Note:- All products in the Lifestyle category ship from Hong Kong. 

The estimated shipping time is 15 - 20 business days. If ordered with other items from our site, they will be shipped separately, and the customer will receive two separate tracking references.

Incorrect/incomplete address: 

If a customer makes an order, it is their responsibility to make sure the address is correct on that order. Lookah accepts no liability for undelivered/missing orders if the customer provides an incomplete/incorrect address. 

If an incorrect address is provided, please email: [email protected] as soon as possible.  Please provide the order number and correct shipping address, and we will endeavor to rectify that before the order ships. 

How is Shipping Calculated

Shipping is based on the postage destination as well as the weight and size of the parcel. Guest and Retail account orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Most other parcels sent within the USA can be sent for $19.90 USD. However, larger packages with multiple items may cost more. Shipping is calculated on the checkout page after the destination is entered.
