Works just as describes. Adorable light up with leds, optional voltage, separate battery light, comfortable in hand. (Definitely keep away from children...too cute).

Great product

The first one I got was faulty and kept giving a 9 error code. Although contacting support took a few tries, they did get back to me. I told them what was wrong, sent a picture and they sent me a new rig! Happy to report this ones working! Its super easy to use and provides a nice full hit. It is an all plastic casing so that's a bummer but overall, pretty happy with my egg.

Good selection and quality

Ok this is my first experience with LOOKAH. We had a rough start involving an address issue. The real testament of quality of service with a company is not their easy sales and/or their easy customers. It's easy. A great company is measured in how well they handle the problem transactions. LOOKAH scored 5 stars here as well. They got on it and solved the issue without hassle. The communication was FANTASTIC. This company cares about their sales, service, and reputation but more importantly they demonstrated that they cared about me. I WILL be purchasing from them again. I WILL be recommending to my friends and family. The LOOKAH Bear battery is BEAUTIFUL. 5 different voltage levels. Very well made.

I LOVE my seahorse. I wasn't ever big into wax just because the whole torch thing I'm not very coordinated and have 2 separate fire stories related to wax. This solved that problem immediately and it's sooooo smooth. I have a medical card and my tolerance is getting back up there so it's been super nice to have something new to add into my routines. Now I just need to figure out how often it needs new tips or whatever and I need to figure out cleaning it.

Lookah has ‘hatched’ a winner with the Mini Dragon Egg! The unit produces large volumes of vapor while maintaining a cool temperature and glow. I really enjoy this piece

It’s a really great budget tool and it’s really cool that it works with cartridges, but having to buy the coils for about $10 a coil does add up in the long run. The coils do last a long time but still do wear down.

ordered this for my birthday, it never showed, customer service was a complete waste of time and my entire order and birthday present was a waste of time and money. do not order this item if you actually want something to show up.

Love my Lookah but it has been a guessing game if I will get a good burning tip or not. Some tips don't burn as good as others.
