Cool concept, meh execution. It's a cute little water pipe, the LED's are a cool novelty, unfortunately it's like trying to smoke out of a coffee stirrer straw. The piping itself is just too narrow to get a good hit. The bowl.... I hang my head in shame for the manufacturer. But, as I said, super cool concept. As far as Lookah, such awesome customer service, that's what saved this review from slamming the pipe. Oh well, it goes on the shelf with the other dead bongs.

I ordered my daughter’s first Bubbler early as her birthday is only a few days from Christmas and most combine Christmas and Birthday gift(singular). When the item arrived damaged, you guys went to work, literally, communicating with reassurance that everything would be fine. She received her package 12/15/2025 with a clear understanding that she’s receiving a Birthday gift. I can’t wait for her to see her Christmas gift! 5 stars, but one of the sets of o rings was way too fat for the glass to fit around. no biggie, the other set was thinner and in 5 years, I don't think I've ever needed to replace a mouth piece. quality glass
