The Lookah 710 dish or cup style quartz atomizers are coil-less: The metal wires or coils are encased within quartz, meaning that your concentrates will not contact with any exposed metal coil when heating.

The concentrates are heated on the quartz plate, which generally produce the purest flavor. The quartz also heats up quickly and evenly, so you get better dabbing results - clean and smooth hits.

For all the 710 coils, you want to try and place the concentrate in the middle of the quartz plate in the heating chamber.

How to clean the Lookah 710 Quartz Coil?

The quartz plate will get discolored, and the residue will accumulate after using the coil for some time.

This residue can block the air holes in the coil, which lowers its effectiveness and even produces an awful taste when vaping.

So You can run an extra het cycle (at highest temp setting) after each use to burn out the residue or gunge from the coil.

In addition, You need to do a thorough clean after a few vaping sessions, depending on how often you vape and the dirt degree of your coil.

Materials required: Isopropyl alcohol (≥90%), Paper towel, Q-tips, and A bowl to hold your cleaning solution.

Step 1:  Take the 710 quartz coil out of your lookah dab pen or e-rig device by unscrewing it.

Step 2:  Dunk a Q-Tip head into Isopropyl Alcohol, and gently swab it across the dirty coil  to remove any residue.

Don't press down on the quartz plate, which could damage it.

Step 3:  If the coil is still dirty, submerge the quartz coil in a bowl of 91% isopropyl alcohol for 30 min or even more.

Step 4:  Take the coil out of the cleaning solution. Wipe off any alcohol around the outside of the atomizer with Paper towel. Use a Q-tip to clean the inside of the coil gently.

Step 5: Allow the coil to dry fully. This might require several hours. If you can't wait, You can use a hair dryer to speed up the process.

Just make sure the alcohol has evaporated before using again.
