Great that replacement cups are available, great fast service from Lookah, but the choice of DHL as their shipping company is subpar, DHL sits on the pkgs for far too long!

Absolutely phenomenal I love it, pack a fat one go to work and it last all 8 hours. Maybe it would've been better if it was less messy but I guess that's what happens when you smoke a lot. There is a drainage under the pice that spits out reclaim but other than that it's a great piece.

I dropped my lookah on my thick rug and the nest tip broke already. I love the package option but it’s expensive and I already need a new tip because it’s the only one I want to use right now. Still loyal just bummed lol!

The best coils are the a coils.

All it came in a package was the glass bubbler. If you threw away the black ring that holds the bubbler to the unit then you have to buy the black ring that holds it there.

Not a bad rig I gave it a five-star rating because it was the first one I tried. Then I found a dragon egg and I like the dragon egg better.

They were out of the a coil so I was forced to buy the D coil, I was not really impressed by the d coil.
