Overall, this is a good unit. Mine, when it arrived, had the glass literally stuck to the rubber seal and it would not come out without breaking. Lookah stood up tall and sent a new glass. My only real complaint is shipping times are HORRIBLE. LookahUSA is twenty times faster.
