How to Use a Bong to Smoke Hash?

5 Steps for Smoking Hash with a Bong

1. Fill your Bong with Proper Water

This step is very simple, but you need to know how much water to pour into the pipe. If you add too much of it, the water may follow the hash into the bowl and even splash into your mouth. If you pour too little, you may end up suffering from the effects of dry, harsh hits. 

The correct amount of water depends on the size of your bong, but make sure it is no more than an inch above the tip of the percolator or downstream slits.  

2. Break the Hash into Smaller Pieces

Hash is often made by cold pressing the hemp plant to extract the resin. This can form a very hard substance commonly called hash bricks.

When you smoke it, you need to break it up into smaller pieces, so it burns evenly. 

Use a spatula, knife, or dab tool to cut off a small chunk, then break those up with your fingers.
